Mentoring

Mentoring is a more open-ended approach for exploring an interest or area of development, cultivating on-going learning, developing a more significant project or life-goal, and/or creating an accountability partnership. Though the mentoring experience may be open-ended, we’ll break it down into 12-session increments.

Session 1: Assessment

We’ll assess your needs and interests

Session 2: Plan Creation

We’ll create a set of goals and structure for your mentorship experience

​

Session 3-11: Implementation

We’ll monitor your progress toward your goals and continue to assess your mentoring experience

Session 12: Review

We’ll check-in about the overall process and decide next steps
